It is worth noting that among the activities carried out, the following stand out: the raising of the National Flag, placement of a flower offering before the Mausoleum of the Father of the Fatherland, the Liberator, Simón Bolívar, in the National Pantheon, opening ceremony of the Ark containing the Book of Acts of the Supreme Congress of 1811 in the Elliptical room of the Federal Legislative Palace; military parade and promotions of 1,176 FANB Generals and Admirals at the Military Academy of Venezuela, at Fort Tiuna in Caracas.

On the other hand, Rodríguez led the opening ceremony of the Ark that contains the Book of Acts of the Supreme Congress of 1811, from the Elliptical room of the Federal Legislative Palace, in Caracas, along with the sectoral vice president of Political Sovereignty, Security and Peace and minister for the Defense, G / J Vladimir Padrino López, and of the vice president for Public Works and Services and minister of the Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace; M / G Néstor Reverol, among other authorities.
It is worth remembering that on July 5, 1811 the National Independence Act was signed, which was drafted by Juan Germán Roscio and Francisco Isnardi, and signed by the representatives of the seven United Provinces of Barcelona, Barinas, Caracas, Cumaná, Margarita , Mérida and Trujillo. With this act, Venezuela becomes the first American colony to free itself from the Spanish yoke.
