CONGO POSITIVE PARTYMESSAGE FROM THE NATIONAL PRESIDENT ADDRESSED TO ACTIVISTS OF THE CONGO POSITIVE PARTY, CONGOLESES AND CONGOLESE AS WELL AS GOOD FAITH.

    Dear Comrades and Dear Compatriots,

It is in a particularly difficult context, marked by the Covid-19 pandemic that we are celebrating today the third anniversary of our Political Party, CONGO POSITIVE, Anti-Unemployment Party. I wish you a happy birthday and above all, I extend my warm congratulations to you for the work that you have agreed to carry out through our party, in favor of our country. Indeed, for three years, as a Party with the possibility of seeing far and anticipating, we have constantly demanded that imports be reduced if not eradicated in our country because of the harms they cause on our economy , on our collective health and on the jobs of the Congolese. Today, even if the Nation does not yet have the courage to congratulate our work and to give us public reason by following our advice, nature, – we are obviously not overjoyed – is responsible for to put ourselves on our side, to amplify our message, that of telling the Congolese leaders to abandon the path of imports for that of domestic production, the only pledge to offer our compatriots, the good life they deserve on this blessed land from DR Congo.

With this Codid-19 pandemic, the time is right for us to increase our pressure on the leaders of our country so that they take the courageous decision that they have always feared, that of eradicating imports, in particular of food products and to engage our country, without delay on the way of the domestic production of the food products of mass consumption. If we don’t do it immediately, starvation coupled with the Covid-19 pandemic will be more than devastating. We remind you that it will soon be September, a good time for season A of growing corn, which is one of our main staples. If we do it quickly, it will be possible to produce maize for all by December 2020. It is late, but not too late to implement the experience of Bukanga Lonzo on much more fertile and favorable land.

    Dear Comrades and Dear Compatriots,

In terms of governance, the members of the Government who run sectors such as Foreign Trade, Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock, Rural Development, National Economy, Health, Tourism, Culture, Mines, Education … provided that they have not been able to offer the Congolese Nation decisions to break with the paradigms of the past inherited from the 1990s after looting, provided that they have not proposed to the Nation decisions of anticipation and insofar as they have perpetuated an economic system of total dependence, by virtue of the principle “to manage is to foresee”, these compatriots missed the opportunity to register their passage in these Ministries in letters of nobility therefore, they must make the apron.

It is an opportunity for our Party, CONGO POSITIVE, to invite His Excellency the President of the Republic, Félix Antoine TSHISEKEDI and His Excellency Joseph KABILA, Honorary President and Moral Authority of the Common Front for the Congo, for the benefit of new negotiations that have started at the level of the FCC – CACH Coalition on public enterprises, to also launch negotiations on the establishment of a new Government, a Combat Government, which will be able to confront with vigor and nationalism , the consequences of the Coronavirus 19 pandemic, drawing lessons from this same global disease.

In this regard, our Party proposes to His Excellency the President of the Republic, that of setting up a Post-Covid-19 Task Force (a Committee of Ideas) whose mission will be to imagine a new mode of life and public governance taking into account the lessons that the Coronavirus pandemic gives us on a daily basis. Once again, we must anticipate.

    Dear Comrades and Dear Compatriots,
The observation of the attitudes of our compatriots who live in particular in the City of Kinshasa, without being alarmist or apocalyptic, faced with the Covid-19 pandemic, unless God miraculously spares our Capital compatriots, announces a large-scale spread Coronavirus. It is in the notorious oblivious to the danger of this disease that our compatriots indulge in an unprotected lifestyle. It is regrettable to note that people seek to use all kinds of maneuvers to circumvent the beneficial measures of containment taken in particular for the Commune of Gombe. Our countrymen should know that wherever Covid-19 has been most popular, it is where people have sought protection after being infected and where leaders have taken restrictive action late. We therefore call for collective awareness and urge the Congolese National Police to double their efforts to support the State in its barrier measures.

    Dear Comrades and Dear Compatriots,

For some time now, we have all witnessed an unparalleled dynamism in the judicial system of our country. All people of good faith recognize that the need for justice is paramount in the Democratic Republic of Congo. As long as justice raises a Nation, is it not time to change the paradigm in this area too? However, the zeal of the judiciary must be such as to distribute fair, transparent and equitable justice, without which it will only lay the foundations for conflict.

    Stay home.

    Carefully observe the barrier gestures.

Take care of yourself and yours.

    Happy Birthday.

Le Changement En Marche, in acronym “LCM”

Le Changement En Marche, in acronym “LCM”, Political Group supporting the President of the Republic, Head of State, His Excellency Félix-Antoine TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO, held, this Tuesday, May 26, 2020, an extraordinary session of its Coordination National, with the only item on the agenda, namely, the forfeiture of the First Vice-President of the National Assembly, Honorable Jean-Marc KABUND-A-KABUND, Acting National President of the Union for Democracy and Social Progress (UDPS).

This extraordinary session of the LCM National Coordination has taken place in this Political Declaration:

Le Changement En Marche, in acronym LCM, carefully followed the folklore orchestrated by the Common Front for Congo (FCC) during the plenary session of the National Assembly on Monday, May 25, 2020, devoted to the examination of the petition presented by a member of the opposition against the First Vice-President of the National Assembly from the Parliamentary Majority. This petition, moreover, false by the fact that it bears several false signatures and its sham vote are the fruit of a long plot hatched against the President of the Republic, Head of State, by the Common Front for the Congo engaged in the destabilization of the power of President Félix-Antoine TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO.
Le Changement En Marche, in acronym LCM, rejects, loud and clear, the forfeiture of the Honorable Jean-Marc KABUND-A-KABUND from his position as First Vice-President of the National Assembly, renews, through this Declaration Politics, his proposal for the dissolution of the National Assembly and invites, therefore, the Head of State to activate, without delay, all the constitutional arrangements relating to the dissolution thereof.
Le Changement En Marche, in LCM acronym, notes with regret that the interinstitutional crisis is permanent between the President of the Republic, Head of State, on the one hand, and the other institutions of the State always animated by the Common Front for Congo, on the other hand. The LCM which observes this dysfunction deliberately maintained by the Common Front for the Congo in order to prevent the President of the Republic, Head of State, His Excellency Félix-Antoine TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO, from governing the country in accordance with the mandate Him Entrusted, on December 30, 2018 by the Congolese People, demands the immediate revocation of the FCC-CACH Coalition Agreement.
Le Changement En Marche, in acronym LCM, reaffirms its unconditional support to the President of the Republic, Head of State, His Excellency Félix-Antoine TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO, and congratulates Comrade Jean-Marc KABUND-A-KABUND for his courage and his commitment to the advent of the rule of law long awaited by the Congolese people.

Consequently, the LCM invites the UDPS to give up the post of Premier

Vice-President of the National Assembly and considers that any member of the UDPS who accepts this post will have betrayed the President of the Republic, Head of State.
