The leader of the self-defence militia Twirwaneho ,Colonel Makanika Rukunda, confirmed to having received at his base of Kamombo at Minembwe in the province of South Kivu on Sunday February 28, 2021, Colonel Charles Sematama ex Commander 3411 based in Masisi, Kitchanga.
